Policies

Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to our FAQ section to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you. When booking an appointment you accept all of the policies below. 

Results

Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.

For brows, the use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look.

 

CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY

We require at least 48 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you choose to cancel, your deposit will be non-refundable.

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late are subject to a $25 late fee.

 

Travel

Gabrielle is available to travel for guest appearances. Please note, we do not guarantee a return for touchup appointments on our procedures done abroad. For future appointments, please prepare to make travel arrangements to one of the main studios in Montreal or Atlanta.

 

Guest policy

We ask that you limit your guest to 1 person. 

Deposits

Due to high appointment demand, all appointments require a deposit to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferable to reschedule an appointment. The amount will be deducted from the final cost. 

 

Procedure Refusal

We may refuse to perform procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or are not the proper candidates. 

 

Payment & Refunds

Cash is the only payment method accepted at the studio. 

There is a non-refund policy on all our services 

 

Rescheduling 

We reserve the right to retain your deposit and apply an additional rebooking fee ($150) for clients who fail to show up to their appointments, without 48 hours cancellation notification.

All un-used deposits will be forfeited after 4 months from original deposit.
